MEET PAUL, “ORANGINATOR” OF CITRUSOLUTION
Over 30 years ago, I chose to pursue a career in an industry that sorely needed a new approach to serving customers. I felt the carpet cleaning industry’s processes and practices were antiquated and ineffective, and pricing policies were famously built around bait-and-switch and upsell pressure tactics. Customer service was no better. I knew there was a market for a company that offered an alternative to the status quo.
Over time I refined a citrus-based carpet cleaning process that cleaned better, dried faster, stayed cleaner longer, and smelled great! I combined that process with a flat rate, no-upsell pricing policy, and great customer service.

We’ll never try to sell you products or services that you don’t need, and we don’t add extra charges for badly soiled areas, berber carpet, or tough stains.
